Cluj-Napoca is 2nd largest city in Romania. It is well connected by motorways and airways with important European cities.
For travelling by air, we recommend either direct flights to Cluj-Napoca (Avram Iancu International Airport, http://airportcluj.ro/), or by flight connections through Bucharest (city capital of Romania) or by major European airports (Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris, etc.).
There are many hotels and hostels throughout the city that may be found and booked online. However, we are trying to get the best accommodation deals for participants and suggest them on our website (Accommodation section).
We will be not responsible for any inconvenience during the travel or housing; the participants should check the recommendations (online reviews or other sources of information) prior to their booking.
We do not provide health and life insurance. Each participant needs to make their own health insurance.
